Thanksgiving week 2024 began early as Kenna and Livi came on Tuesday. We were treated twice with five deer visiting the bird feeder near the patio. After Camille and Jessica arrived we all went to see our favorite Fall movie, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Of course, Livi had a creative selfie as we entered the theater. After dinner at Sauced, everyone returned to Sunshine Mountain to decorate the Christmas tree.
Then the girls began preparations for the Thanksgiving meal. The gathering would be at Tracy's, but Sandra and the girls contributed mightily.
Kenna provided a fitting end to the evening by attempting to learn a popular New Year's song.
One new experience just had to be documented: the ride to Tracy's house in a fully automated Tesla. Just had to video a portion to save the experience.
Thanksgiving Day began with parade watching and ended with a time of family fellowship at Tracy's. All in all, we are "most richly blessed" and thankful to our God.
We missed Audrey and Alec this year, so these photos are shared especially for them.
