It was a long time coming, but we finally managed to gather the Cornett side of the family in one place-even in the same cabin!  Sadly, not all were able to attend, but those who did had a great weekend in Branson getting reacquainted.  It seemed fitting and proper to preserve some of the memories with a photo collection, obviously leaning heavily towards the "younger guys."
Of course, there was a meal on the patio to begin our first evening.
Our first full day together was (perfect weather) a trip to Dogwood Canyon.  The country was beautiful with many waterfalls and lots of fish, probably because the developer/owner happens to be the founder of Bass Pro Shops.
Lest we forget the fish, here are a couple of videos to prove their existence.  Josh figured out how to attract the fish, and the first video has a surprise ending (wait for it!)
Game night...
The kids needed a day of rides and entertainment, and Silver Dollar City provided both.  Livi and Josh claimed the award for most daring.
Boone and Remy provided plenty of entertainment for our final evening at the lodge.
Our final day began early, but everyone was up!
I guess the Kentucky crowd gets to wind this up with a photo proving we made it home.  Monday saw 650 miles of driving to get Jessica home to Cricket, Livi home to Jason, and Sandra and yours truly back to London.
It was a long trip, but well worth the effort to keep family ties intact.  Some are already thinking about the next one!
